Approximately 1-2 business days after we receive your order we can fax (preferred)
or mail you a proof of your artwork. We ask that you sign and return
the proof as soon as possible. We will begin production on your
order only upon receipt of your signed proof approval. Unless otherwise
noted, most orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt
of the approved proof. Actual delivery time is determined by the

Need it faster? We offer Expedited Service for an additional charge.
Here's how it works: Approximately 1-2 business days after we receive your
order, we can fax (preferred) or mail you a proof of your artwork.
Please sign and return the proof as soon as possible. We will
begin production on your order only upon receipt of your signed
proof approval. With Expedited Service, we'll ship your order
within 2 business days after the proof has been approved. (Actual
shipping time is determined by the shipping method you choose.)
The additional cost for Expedited Service is $25 for orders under
$100, or 25% of the merchandise total for orders over $100.

UPS ground shipping is just $7.95 for most orders depending on the weight of your package.

For Two-Day Express Air Service, add $10.00 to regular
ground shipping. Very large or complex orders may require additional

whether personalization is the same or unique for all items. We'll
take you through each step, personalizing each item, until you have
